Service Promises

1. Transportation and Insurance
  We have cooperated with a transportation company for a long time, thus we can guarantee the equipments can be transported to our customer in time. And each equipment will be insured before delivered out.

2. Installation
  We have a group of experienced technician, they can give you high quality service.  All the installation are according to the technical requirement.

3. Debugging
  The time of equipment debugging normally is one day. If there are special case, we can debug the equipment until our customer feel satisfied.

4. Acceptance 
  The equipment must be accepted by customer and us after debugging. If our equipment pass the acceptance, the customer should sign and stamp the Acceptance Certificate for us.

5. Training
   Our technician will give you local instruction during the debugging, and we will dispatch professional technician to give the customer a professional training if necessary.

6. After service
  6.1 The guarantee time lasts for one year, during which we supply free maintenance service. When this period is finished, we supply service for life with cost charge only ( the outsourcing equipments goes with the service of the producer).
  6.2 Within 3 years after the accepting day, we supply software updating service without charge.
  6.3 After receiving the repaire call, we will reply you in 2 hours and go to the locale within 48 hours to settle the problems promptly and correctly.

7. Quality Assurance
  7.1 We guarantee that our productions are without shortages in design, engineering, material and craftwork, or which come from ourselves.
  7.2 We guarantee that all goods, supplied under the contracts, consist with the technical standard.
  7.3 We guarantee that all goods or any other parts, supplied under the contracts, full filled the requirement of contracrts about the capabilities, guide line, reliability and expansibility, under normal use and maintenance within their life time.
